About our organisation

New Hope BounceFit, or better known as Jumping® Singapore is a social enterprise initiative by New Hope Community Services. A strategic sporting movement for social good in Singapore with a focus on optimising the lives of Singaporeans, empowering and improving the well-being of disadvantaged groups through sporting avenues. We do so by:

  • Generating and channelling full proceeds from the social enterprise to support New Hope Community Services and advance the social programmes under it to help fellow homeless Singaporeans,
  • Organising regular, island-wide Jumping® fitness activities to engage, bridge and inspire different communities into sporting participations. We share in the belief that a more cohesive and vibrant society could be built through sports and that having a mass trampolining cohesion would inspire a sense of togetherness, strengthen exisiting bonds and facilitate inclusivity and integration in our diverse society.
  • Creating employment opportunities with the intention for the disadvantaged to become fitness instructors to facilitate their reintegration into society and empowering them to become self-reliant, resilient and economically active.

The basis of Jumping® is a combination of fast and slow jumps, variations of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and ”power sports” elements. The complexity of the exercises guarantees that one’s whole body will be strengthened.
